It's the eternal question, really Romy - what is life? The answer is different for all of us but astonishingly few people realise that. Many people value themselves by their job, and that's how they measure other's worth but like you, I believe they're mistaken and not a little shallow. Take care lovely x
It is! I'm much better, after 12 weeks of EMDR therapy and coming off twitter. I still have an account but I've finally broken the habit. I stick with substack, much better for my mental health. I'm genuinely sorry to hear of your continuing struggle, glad you're still here, still writing and making us all think. Xx
